A second living area opens directly onto the patio, offering a peaceful spot to savour your morning coffee. The kitchen offers everything needed for easy home cooking, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and a breakfast bar for quick bites. From here, the glass-wrapped sunroom becomes a beautiful spot for shared meals, overlooking the garden. Both bedrooms are styled for comfort with double beds, soft bedding and generous storage. The primary bedroom includes an ensuite and a wall-mounted TV for easy winding down, while bedroom two features a wall-mounted radiator to keep the space comfortably warm. The main bathroom offers a relaxing bathtub for longer soaks. There is a washer–dryer combo in the laundry area for your convenience.
