Our light-filled premium penthouse in Wiesing (Tyrol) offers spacious rooms for up to 9 people + 1 baby. Here, modern alpine chic is combined with a high level of comfort to create a cozy and exclusive retreat for discerning families and groups of friends who want to enjoy a first-class break together. ☀️ The highlight: the spacious panoramic roof terrace Enjoy your first coffee in the morning or a cozy dinner outdoors on your private roof terrace. The breathtaking, completely unobstructed view of the Tyrolean mountain panorama and the forests offers a fantastic backdrop. While you relax at the large wooden table, the terrace also offers a safe and welcoming environment to linger (discreet play equipment for children is provided!). 🍳 Fully equipped premium kitchen for gourmets The state-of-the-art fitted kitchen is the culinary heart of the penthouse and perfectly designed for catering to large groups. It offers you: - A freestanding kitchen island for cooking together. - High-quality built-in appliances including oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. - Coffee maker, kettle, toaster as well as plenty of dishes, pots and utensils for up to 9 people + baby. - A large dining table with a cozy corner bench where all guests can comfortably sit for shared meals or game nights. 🚿 Wellness bathroom & separate guest toilet To ensure a relaxed start to the vacation day even for a large group, the bathroom area is optimally divided: - The main bathroom: A wellness oasis with a spacious shower, a separate bathtub for relaxing and a practical double sink so that several people can get ready at the same time. - Separate guest toilet: An additional toilet with sink provides extra comfort and prevents congestion in the morning. 🛋️ Cozy living room & entertainment The spacious living area captivates with a beautiful transparent roof construction made of natural wood. The elegant, large corner couch invites you to spend cozy hours. For relaxed evenings or rainy days, a Nintendo Switch and a selection of board games are available for all ages. 🛏️ The room layout (absolutely flexible) The apartment has 3 lovingly designed bedrooms in an alpine style: - Bedrooms 1 & 2: Each equipped with a comfortable double bed for a good night's sleep. - Bedroom 3 (The flexible feel-good room): A clever bunk bed (a full double bed below, a single bed above) – the perfect cozy retreat for children or additional friends in the group. - Two additional full sleeping places can be easily set up on the cozy living area if needed. It has a real mattress. 👶 Ideally prepared for families Travel with light luggage: We provide you with a baby travel cot, a high chair and children's toys directly in the apartment. In the house's garden, which can be used by everyone, there is also a great children's play tower for the little ones. 📍 The perfect location: The gateway to the Zillertal and Lake Achensee Our penthouse in Wiesing is the ideal base for all your vacation activities in summer as well as in winter: - Nature & lake: The beautiful Achensee region with its mountains and turquoise water is just a few minutes away. - Winter and skiing fun: You can reach the Zillertal and the Alpbachtal in no time, where there are many family-friendly ski resorts such as the Spieljoch in Fügen. - Culture & city: The state capital Innsbruck is not far from us, and the cities of Schwaz and Rattenberg are also very close. 🚗 Comfort & extras included - Laundry room in the basement: There is a washing machine and a tumble dryer available for free use – perfect for a longer stay. - Basement room with integrated ski boot dryer – ideal for starting the day on the slopes with warm feet in winter. - Free parking right by the house – a modern e-charging station (for a fee) for your car. - High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the penthouse. Important note about the stay: Our penthouse is located in an upscale, quiet residential area. We are very much looking forward to welcoming families and groups of friends who want to spend a relaxing, stylish time in Tyrol. Guest access The complete apartment as well as the communal garden are at your disposal, as well as a laundry room and a ski boot dryer in the basement. Other things to note The prices of our apartment depend on the number of people, so the prices are always fair. Parties are prohibited. Visitors are only allowed by prior arrangement with the landlord.
