You have a large garden, about 700 square meters, and a spacious apartment of 84 square meters with its own entrance. There is a signposted parking space right at your doorstep. The apartment is smoke and pets free. In the house there is room for 5 people plus infants (crib). There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a 140-cm bed. In the living room, there is an office space, sofa and smart TV. The dining room is well-sized and there is also an open fireplace. Next to it is the kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove, microwave and all other equipment you may need in a kitchen. The bathroom is newly renovated and there is also a washing machine and dryer. The house has Wi-Fi 100/100 Mb. Bed linens and towels are included. If you need a crib or high chair, let us know well in advance and we will set it up before you arrive! In the garden, there is outdoor furniture and barbecue grill available during May-September. The upper floor is long-term rented and the tenant has his own entrance on the west part of the house and the garden to the west of the driveway is private land that the tenant manages, this is marked on site.
