Linens and towels included. Ground floor accommodation: The entrance hall leads to the living area which is down three steps and consists of open plan kitchen/living/dining and sun room area. The kitchen is a modern cream fitted kitchen with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, integrated fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee maker and all necessary equipment. The living room offers comfortable sofas, multi-channel TV and electric coal effect stove. The dining area and sun room area offer wonderful lake views and open out onto the paved patio area with outdoor seating. Also on the ground floor are a guest bathroom with WC, basin and bath with overhead shower, and two large, well presented double bedrooms. Upstairs: The spiral staircase leads to the upstairs of the house. Here you will find a large double bedroom with modern en-suite bathroom and shower. The second upstairs room is a loft area bedroom and is suitable for two younger children up to 10 years old due to height restrictions of the loft area. The room consists of 2 single children’s beds. The outside of the property offers ample parking, private entrance, and a patio area with outdoor seating and views of the lake. Linens and towels included. The property is centrally heated throughout. Heating oil and electricity is metered upon arrival and departure and costs on usage are payable directly to the owner. No pets. No smoking.
