The space Wake up by the river at Greenland Waterfront 🌿🚤 AS INTRODUCTORY OFFER WE ARE OFFERING UNIRISTRICTED ACCESS TO KAYAKING AND PADDLE BOATS FOR OUR GUESTS TILL 31ST DEC 2025 This peaceful riverfront stay features 6 comfortable AC rooms: 5 standard rooms with king-size beds, attached bathrooms with hot water, and 1 of these offer beautiful river views. 1 special lawn-facing room with wall-sized glass doors opening towards the garden and the river – perfect for guests who love light, views, and a cozy indoor–outdoor vibe. Guests can relax by the river or opt for boating, kayaking and paddle boating (available at an additional cost), making it ideal for families, small groups, or friends looking for a calm getaway by the water. Food & kitchen note This is a newly started property and our in-house kitchen is not operational yet. We currently arrange food from nearby restaurants, and delivery usually takes 20–30 minutes. While we offer a unique riverfront space and experience, we kindly request our guests to cooperate with the food arrangements and wait time. If you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable stay by the river with simple rooms, fresh air and the option for private boating experiences, this place is made for you. 🌊✨ Guest access Guests will have access to all common areas of the property, including: All 6 guest rooms (as per your booking), each with attached bathrooms and hot water. Spacious outdoor areas by the river, where you can sit, read, chill, and relax while watching the calm water and vehicles passing at a distance across the bridge and highway. A covered terrace area with a roof, offering plenty of shaded space to hang out during the day, with river views on two sides – perfect for morning coffee, evening conversations, or just quiet time. High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property, making it suitable for guests who want to work remotely in a peaceful riverfront setting. Outdoor seating spots are spread around the lawn and riverfront, so you can choose your favorite corner to unwind and take in the view. Other things to note House rules No smoking inside the rooms. No drugs or illegal substances – zero tolerance. No loud music, shouting or party noise, especially after 10:30 pm. No outside visitors are allowed after 6:00 pm. Daytime visitors (before 6:00 pm) are allowed only if: You inform us in advance, They register with the property (name, phone and ID details if asked), and Their visit is approved by the management. Outside visitors are not allowed to stay overnight unless they are added as registered guests and charged accordingly. Valid government ID proof is mandatory for all adult guests at check-in. Any damage to property, stained linen or broken items will be charged at actual cost. Unruly behaviour, fights, harassment or non-cooperation can lead to immediate cancellation of the stay without refund and may be reported to local law enforcement. Common outdoor areas may be under CCTV surveillance for security. Waterfront and boating safety The property is directly on the riverfront – guests must be extra cautious at all times. No swimming or diving into the river from the property at any time. No going near the water or dock under the influence of alcohol. Life jackets are compulsory when using any boat, kayak or paddle boat. Guests cannot use boats or access the dock without staff or operator present. Do not throw plastic, bottles, cigarette butts or any waste into the river. During heavy rain, strong currents or unsafe weather, all water activities may be stopped without prior notice. Children must be supervised at all times near the river. Ignoring waterfront safety rules may result in guests being asked to leave immediately, without refund.
