Cozy summer cottage by Lake Mälaren

Fully-equipped and cozy cottage on Morrarö by Lake Mälaren, 10 km from Strängnäs. The cottage consists of kitchen, living room & 2 bedrooms, from the glazed porch you reach the bathroom, sauna & third bedroom. Fully-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, freezer & dishwasher. The living room has a dining table, sofa, armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. The bathroom has toilet, shower & sauna. Lovely enclosed porch with sun from lunch - evening, in front of it a large terrace with table and grill. Balcony with morning sun on the gable, under the willow trees, table & chairs. The space The garden consists of a large lawn with room for play, kubb and other fun, it is lined with flower beds with beautiful flowers, apple trees and cherry trees. There is a swing set and toys for small children. In a sunny location is our lovely glazed porch with large sliding doors, dining table and chairs. Here you can enjoy pleasant evenings and rainy days. Through it you reach the bathroom, the wood-fired sauna and the third bedroom. In front of the enclosed veranda is our large terrace with tables, chairs and lounge furniture for sunny days, here the sun reaches from lunch to evening. A gas grill is at your disposal, as well as a travel cot and a high chair and a small children's table with small chairs for crafts and play. On the other side of the gravel road is a common with soccer field and goal, larger swings and large trampoline with safety net. The house is a 4-minute walk to the sandy beach with jetty. Guest access Parking is available on the property. Other things to note Around the garden there is an electric fence to ward off wild boars, which is easy to turn off/on. We have it turned off during the day and turn it on at night when the pigs are active. We have never seen any wild boar but have seen traces of them, so you do not have to worry about running into them.
