A modern, fully equipped kitchen supports effortless meal preparation, and the dining table for six offers a comfortable setting for shared meals. Comfort is assured year-round with central heating controlled from the panel beside the laundry door, a split-system air conditioner upstairs and pedestal fans to circulate cool air in the bedrooms. Electric blankets on both queen beds and the king single provide added warmth in cooler months. Three on-site parking spaces are available—one inside the garage, one directly in front of the garage, and one on the high side of the driveway opposite the house. Additional vehicles should use Clayton Street, as neighbouring driveways are privately owned. Please avoid parking in front of neighbours’ garages. The home also has internal stairs, which may affect guests with mobility concerns.
