Little House 2 - Cozy Forest Apartment

At the very edge of the forest, in the quiet village of Vrankovec next to Sv. Cross Začretje, there is a Little House that contains 2 apartments, each for up to 4 people. Note: stairs lead to the apartment. Optionally, you can rent both apartments or the whole house. The entrance is completely separate and you will find the softness of the space, the smell of wood and the light that reaches through the windows overlooking the garden and the forest. The apartment is ideal for couples, small families or friends looking for peace, nature and comfort. The space At the top of our house is Apartment 2, to which the stairs lead you, and a small covered terrace overlooking the greenery is waiting for you immediately - a warm, bright and quiet attic where you will immediately feel the home atmosphere and serenity. The apartment is 45 m² and contains: • living room with a comfortable sofa (which can be converted into a 140x200 cm bed if necessary), TV (Netflix), books and board games • dining room with a table for 4 people • a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, toaster, fridge with freezer, utensils for serving food with spices, maintenance and cleaning supplies • bedroom with double bed (160x200 cm), wardrobe, desk, safe and French balcony • bathroom with shower, washing machine/dryer and all necessary toiletries (towels, bathrobes, cosmetics, hair dryer), auxiliary bathroom chair (on request) • a coffee table, armchairs and a two-seater sofa await you on the terrace – the perfect place for morning coffee, reading or evening conversations under the Zagorje sky • Free Wi-Fi and Smart TV (Netflix) • air conditioning for heating and cooling • electric radiator in the bathroom • Key box for self check-in • Safety: cameras around the facility, fire extinguisher, first aid kit • Parking The house is located in a quiet tourist resort, surrounded by a carefully landscaped large garden full of greenery and flowers that can be used by guests of both apartments. Guests can use a shared barbecue patio, ideal for socializing and dinners under the starry sky. The apartment also includes barbecue utensils (wood, charcoal, skewers). While adults are preparing the barbecue, children can enjoy the children's playground in the yard. Upon arrival, we ask you for some information from the guest's ID, passport or any other document such as a driver's license for all guests arriving.
