The ground floor offers an additional bedroom, a laundry room, and another bathroom. The house is well-equipped with Wi-Fi, Apple Tv, and space for up to eight guests. The view, the proximity to the sea, and the spacious layout make this house a perfect base for both relaxation and social gatherings.
