Thoughtfully designed to create a comfortable and relaxing stay, this room features soft blue tones and limewash walls for a calm, welcoming atmosphere. A comfortable double bed with a quality memory-foam mattress, fresh bedding, and four pillows in three different levels of firmness ensures a restful night’s sleep. Also included: a height-adjustable desk, lounge chair, clothes rack with shelves, two windows with natural light, and blackout blinds. The space The house sits just a short walk from vibrant North Street, known for its independent cafés, shops, street art, and restaurants, as well as popular high-street brands and a range of larger and smaller supermarkets. You can walk 20 minutes to the harbourside or 30 minutes to the city centre and Ashton Court. A nearby bus stop offers direct connections to both the city centre and the airport, giving you quick and easy access to everything Bristol has to offer. Free parking is available on nearby streets with no restrictions. While spaces are generally easy to find, availability cannot be guaranteed. Important – Clean Air Zone in Bristol Please note that parts of Bristol city centre are within a Clean Air Zone (CAZ). Depending on your vehicle, you may need to pay a daily charge to drive through this area. Our home itself is outside the CAZ, but whether you enter the zone depends on the route you take when driving here. We recommend checking your vehicle and planning your route in advance using the official government site. Guest access Guests have full access to: • A blue top-floor bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a desk and stool ideal for working from home. • A refined shared bathroom featuring a bathtub with an integrated shower, plush towels, and carefully selected toiletries including soap, shampoo, and shower gel. Located on the same floor as the room, the bathroom is reserved exclusively for guests of the two guest rooms, ensuring privacy and comfort. The toilet is professionally cleaned on a daily basis. • The ground floor kitchen, fully equipped with all cooking essentials, including basic spices and condiments for preparing meals. • The laundry area, featuring a washing machine and all necessary detergents for your convenience. • The back garden, a quiet spot to relax at the table surrounded by natural plants and greenery.
