Welcome to “Nilam Boutique Suites” – a charming villa located in Gan Ner in the Gilboa region. Inside the villa, you will enjoy 3 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms, a comfortable seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals and enjoy shared family moments. The private courtyard features a heated and covered swimming pool, cozy seating areas, and a high-quality barbecue station. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests. The space The complex is built on three levels: Level 1 – Courtyard and Pool This level features a heated, covered swimming pool (approximately 4×5 meters), a charcoal barbecue area, seating areas, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table suitable for up to 8 guests, as well as an outdoor toilet and shower. From this level, there are 18 steps leading up to the next level. Level 2 – Living Area and First Bedroom This level includes seating areas and a dining area. There is also a first bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and toilet, and a fully equipped kitchenette including an electric cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, water bar, electric kettle, and cooking and serving utensils. From this bedroom, an internal door leads to the upper level. Level 3 – Second Bedroom and Children’s Room On this level there is a second bedroom with two sofas that open into double beds and a seating area. From this room there is access to a third bedroom (children’s room), which includes two bunk beds, a wardrobe, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Additional Information: Two private parking spaces are available for guests. A public shelter is located adjacent to the complex. The swimming pool is fenced. A hot plate and electric water urn are available for guests who observe tradition. The accommodation is suitable for up to 8 guests. Guest access Supermarket approximately 250 meters away, minimarkets, a synagogue about 300 meters away, as well as restaurants and cafés. Within a short drive, you can enjoy a variety of water routes and natural attractions, and it is especially recommended to combine hiking trips along the area’s beautiful trails, such as the Springs Park and the Sachne (Gan HaShlosha). The location is excellent, central, and easily accessible, making it an ideal starting point for the many attractions the area has to offer.
