Nearby attractions include Kilmore Piazza House, Rose Garden Cafe, and Murchison Gap Lookout, all popular with our guests. A cozy 139-square-foot solar-powered tiny home with easy access to clean rainwater for bathing and drinking. It features split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower. Our fence line (including the gate) to your left is the boundary of our property. The other side belongs to our neighbour, please do not cross over. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have other tiny houses, "Pigeon Pair Tiny House 1" and "Pigeon Pair Tiny House 2” available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy. Guest access Guests can access the tiny home and surrounding areas, excluding the host’s private residence and farm sheds. The following pre-order and activities are available with 24 hrs notice: - Fishing rods and nets are also available for rent - Fresh eggs come at an extra cost of $5 for (6) eggs - Skeet shoots are also available for an additional fee - Firewood comes at an extra cost of $20 for (10) pieces - Pick-ups and drop-offs in Tallarook can be arranged with host 24 hours in advance - Feeding the farm animals and fishing in the property's rivers may be available, but due to the unpredictable nature of farm life and seasonal conditions, guests must inquire in advance if these activities are important to their stay. Other things to note - Solar-powered Unit/Off-grid - No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Outdoor firepit is available, except total fire bans - Please do not cross over the other side of the fence - Please be advised that we have free-roaming dogs on site - PA system is available for guests to rent out for an additional fee - Expect some animal and tractor noise as we are a working farm - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge Guest Advisory - Please conserve energy and bring a portable power bank, as electricity may be limited on low-light days. Note that outdoor fire pits are unavailable during fire season. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property - The roads traveling to and from the property are suitable for 4WD vehicles due to rocky roads - Keep in mind that there may be other guests on-site you may see and pass by them when roaming - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
