Located in the charming village of Bourthes, in the heart of Pas-de-Calais, our house offers a peaceful and green setting, ideal for unwinding. The neighborhood is quiet and authentic, surrounded by countryside landscapes conducive to walks. Close to typical small towns, natural trails and a few dozen minutes from the must-see sites of the Côte d'Opale. A perfect place to enjoy the tranquility while staying close to the activities and discoveries of the region. The space Located in Bourthes, in the heart of a peaceful and green environment, this new single-story house offers an ideal setting for a relaxing stay with family or friends. Designed to comfortably accommodate up to six people, it has three real bedrooms equipped with bedding: a 160 cm queen-size bed, a 140 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds. The bright living room invites you to relax with its pellet stove that creates a warm atmosphere, its connected TV and fiber Wi-Fi allowing you to fully enjoy your favorite content or telework with peace of mind. The fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, stove, raclette, fondue, oven and everything you need to prepare your meals will delight those who like to cook. The modern bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a washing machine to facilitate multi-day stays. Outside, you can enjoy a spacious garden and a wooded area ideal for unwinding. The private parking can accommodate up to three vehicles. Linen is provided for added convenience, and pets are allowed upon request. For little ones, a baby bed (without bedding) and a high chair are also available. To make your stay even more enjoyable, you will also find books and board games to share friendly moments. Self check-in guarantees a simple and flexible installation. The location is perfect for discovering the treasures of the region: the beaches of Le Touquet, the emblematic Caps Blanc-Nez and Gris-Nez, the Nausicaá marine center, Hardelot, Montreuil-sur-Mer and the unique landscapes of the Audomarois marsh. Whether you are a lover of nature, culture, gastronomy or coastal landscapes, everything is within easy reach. A quiet, comfortable and ideally located place for a successful stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, except for the technical room and a bedroom located at the top of the stairs, on the right. These rooms are private: please do not enter.
