Room si fully furnished with 40inch tv, WiFi and Google Chromecast. Room also has a touchpad lock so no need for a key. HOUSE HAS SHARED SPACES TOO. Those include: 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 washer machine and dryer (please check our house rules). There is a camera system around the house (there aren't any cameras in private areas).
