The space — THE PROPERTY — Villa Soluna is a private estate arranged across three distinct sea-view pavilions, designed to balance openness and privacy. For this 2-bedroom offering, you will have access to two private suites within the estate, along with all shared living spaces including the pool, main pavilion, and outdoor areas. The villa is never shared with other guests. Any additional bedrooms will remain unoccupied and secured during your stay. — THE EXPERIENCE — Days unfold slowly here. Morning swims, long afternoons by the pool, and evenings designed around the view. Many guests choose to spend most of their time at the villa, with everything brought to them. When you do head out, beaches, restaurants, and spas are just minutes away. Chaweng is approximately 20 minutes by car. — SERVICE — Villa Soluna operates similarly to a private resort. Our team is onsite daily from morning through early evening, maintaining the property and supporting your stay. Housekeeping, bed making, and general upkeep are handled throughout the day to ensure the villa remains at a consistently high standard. Our staff have been with us for over 10 years and are a trusted, experienced part of the villa. Staff work primarily within the kitchen, service areas, and outdoor spaces, and are available as needed while respecting your privacy. Guests will see staff periodically as part of the normal operation of the villa. — DINING — Meals are prepared at the villa by our in-house team. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner can be arranged daily, with fresh ingredients sourced locally. Dining is flexible and tailored to your preferences, allowing you to fully enjoy the setting without needing to leave. — DAILY HOUSEKEEPING & EVENINGS — Guest accommodations are maintained throughout the day, including morning and afternoon housekeeping, bed making, and general refresh of living spaces. In the evening, the villa is lightly prepared for the night with a subtle turndown service, refreshing rooms, adjusting lighting, and setting a relaxed atmosphere. This rhythm of service is designed to create a seamless, private resort experience while respecting your space at all times. Guests may opt out of any housekeeping or evening service if they prefer additional privacy. — SUPPORT — For anything beyond daily service, our villa manager, Mr. Property, is available to assist with transport, experiences, and special requests. Loud noise and parties are not permitted. Electricity is included at 100 kWh per day, which is sufficient for normal use. Additional usage is charged at THB 7.5 per kWh. For longer stays, electricity is billed separately. A refundable security deposit of THB 15,000 is required at check-in. — ACCESS — Guests have full access to the private villa, grounds, pool, and shared living spaces within the estate. You may also access shared Santikhiri community areas including a pool, viewpoint, and yoga shala. — NOTE — This is a fully staffed villa, with team onsite daily providing housekeeping, bed making, and ongoing property maintenance. Tipping is not required, but always appreciated for exceptional service.
