No smoking This is a non-smoking property, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is not permitted on the balcony or anywhere on the premises, including outdoor areas. 2. No parties or loud music Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited. 3. Registered guests only Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed to enter the property. If unregistered guests are found, an additional fee will be charged. 4. No pets Pets are not allowed inside the property. 5. Streaming services If you wish to watch streaming services such as Netflix on the TV, please log in using your own account. Be sure to log out before check-out. 6. Guest information required before check-in Before your stay, we are required to collect the following information: Full name, address, occupation, gender, date of birth, age, nationality, and passport number (passport number is required only for guests who do not have a residential address in Japan). Please complete the form we will send you after your reservation is confirmed. 7. Trash disposal Please place all trash in bags and leave them inside the room. We will dispose of them after check-out. Please do not dispose of large items such as suitcases. If large trash is left behind, an additional disposal fee will be charged. 8. Cleaning during your stay Guests are responsible for cleaning the room during their stay. For long-term stays, we offer linen replacement and trash collection during the stay. Please contact us if you would like trash collection during your stay. 9. Penalties and complaints If trash is disposed of outside the room or if smoking occurs indoors, a penalty of ¥50,000 will be charged. If we receive complaints from neighbors, you may be required to vacate the property. 10. Late check-out If late check-out causes delays to cleaning or affects the next guests, additional charges will apply. 11.
