Set of 2 fully renovated Cottages. Each cottage consists of 2 bedrooms with private bathroom, equipped kitchen, living room with connected TV and sofa bed. Covered wooden terrace, enclosed land, indoor/outdoor parking and electric gate. Ideal location with bakery opposite and shops within walking distance. A comfortable and neat stay for 8 to 12 people. A shed available on the grounds and a closed garage with electricity possible for an additional fee. The space 🌿 Les Cottages du Manoir – Comfort, space and serenity Welcome to Les Cottages du Manoir, two new and identical properties, completely redesigned to offer a comfortable, convenient, and peaceful stay. Here, everything is planned to accommodate families, business travelers, or groups of friends in a quiet and secure setting. 🛏️ Bedrooms designed for your comfort Each cottage has 2 bedrooms, all equipped with: • 2 90x190 cm single beds (can be pushed together to form a double bed or separated), • Electrical outlets on each side of the bed, • TV antenna outlet and RJ45 socket, • Private bathroom with large shower (160×80 cm), vanity, mirror and wall-mounted toilet. 👉 4 identical bedrooms and 4 identical bathrooms in both cottages. 🛋️ A bright and welcoming living room You can enjoy a large open room comprising: • A fully equipped kitchen, • A dining area, • A living room with a Smart TV, • A sofa bed convertible into a double bed (140 cm). Electric roller shutters in every room. 🌞 Covered terrace & spacious outdoor area In front of each accommodation: • A large covered wooden terrace, • An outdoor outlet for added convenience. 🚗 Parking & security Everything is located on an enclosed lot of about 1000 m², completely surrounded by walls.
