A pool table, garden and private parking for 2 cars complete this characterful place, in the heart of the village, 1 hour from Paris, with the train station and shops within walking distance. The space The Presbytère offers 3 sleeping areas spread over several levels: - a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) on the 1st floor, - a large family room with 1 double bed, 1 single bed, 1 120 cm bed and a pool table on the 2nd floor, - a relaxation area with a sofa bed and a desk. Two bathrooms for optimal comfort: - bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet on the 1st floor, - bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet on the ground floor. Fully equipped large kitchen-diner, cosy living room with TV, elegant dining room for 8 guests. Outside: The presbytery of Bueil is enclosed by walls and features a beautiful garden with trees and flowers. A pergola allows you to eat outside while being sheltered from the weather. A garden lounge area with an outdoor bar, beer tap and barbecue is available for you to enjoy convivial evenings in the countryside with friends or family. The large garden also allows children to run around freely and play, with a few outdoor games and toys available for them. Guest access The cottage is located about 80 km from Paris, with easy access via the A13 motorway or the N12 national road. From Paris Saint-Lazare, the train serves Bueil station in about an hour. You then have to walk 800 metres to reach the presbytery of Bueil. Located in the very centre of the village, you will find a convenience store, a bakery and a café nearby – everything you need for a pleasant stay. Other things to note Personalized welcome In order to show you around this large house and allow you to enjoy it to the full, there is no self check-in. Florence welcomes you personally, hands you the keys and takes the time to show you around and explain how things work. You will also check out in their presence to ensure that your stay has gone perfectly. Florence doesn't live on the premises, but she's very available. All you have to do is send her a text message about 30 minutes before your arrival so that she can be there to welcome you. All these details are arranged with you after your booking to ensure your arrival is simple, smooth and stress-free. Linen and bedding For your comfort, towels are provided and the beds are made before your arrival. Each bed is equipped with a mattress protector, a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, pillows and a duvet. We have chosen this bedding so that everyone can adjust their comfort according to the season: in spring and summer, some guests prefer to sleep with only the sheet, while the duvet can simply be placed at the foot of the bed if it is not needed.
