To fully enjoy the charm and atmosphere of this heritage property, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding the following points before booking: ■ Characteristics of an Old Wooden Building (Sound & Temperature) As a traditional wooden structure with over a century of history, it does not have the airtightness or soundproofing of a modern hotel. While the neighborhood is a very quiet residential area, you may hear the natural creaking of wood or ambient outside noises at night. Also, temperatures can fluctuate easily depending on the season, so please adjust the room's air conditioner to your comfort. ■ Nature and Insects Onomichi is a beautiful town surrounded by rich nature, with both the sea and mountains close by. While we conduct thorough cleaning and pest control measures, please understand that due to the building's historic structure, small insects may occasionally find their way inside depending on the season. ■ No Unauthorized Guests Allowed For security and management reasons, persons not included in the official booking registration (such as local friends) are strictly prohibited from entering the premises or property. ■ Superb Location as a Travel Base Our house boasts a prime location right near the Onomichi Shopping Arcade and Mt. Senkoji Ropeway. Positioned at the entrance of the Shimanami Kaido and Yamanami Kaido, it serves as an incredibly convenient base not only for cycling but also for extending your journey to Shikoku, San'in, Kansai, and Kyushu via the Sanyo Shinkansen (Shin-Onomichi Station) or nearby highways.
