No more hassle with keys! Other things to note 💛Regarding Reservation💛 • In booking our home, we require submitting to us your valid IDs for security purposes. • We uphold our cancellation policy (Firm) 💛Fees and pricing💛 • The nightly rate covers 4 guests. • Early check-in and late checkout fees are subject to approval, with a corresponding fee of ₱300 per hour. • Access to the swimming pool costs 200 per head, per day. Please reach out to us if you want to use the swimming pool. 💛House rules💛 • Strictly 𝗡𝗢 parties, events, and other large gatherings. Our quiet hours are from 9 pm to 9 am • 𝗡𝗢 smoking inside the unit, especially in the bedroom! A penalty of ₱1,000 for violating this rule! • Pets are 𝗡𝗢𝗧 allowed in our home. Any proof of pets found will have a penalty of ₱1,000. This is subject to AirCover filing and will be charged to you. • The swimming pool and gym are open 6 am to 9 pm, and on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays only. Kindly note that weekends and holidays are for homeowners only. Thursdays are general cleaning days. There is a pool fee of ₱200 and a gym fee of ₱100. This is charged per person per day. 💛Regarding Parking💛 Kindly note the following: • We have parking spaces for guests located in the basement of the condominium. • Our unit does 𝗡𝗢𝗧 have its own dedicated parking space. • Parking is paid parking. First 3 hours is ₱50. • Overnight parking is available from 10 pm to 6 am, for fixed rate ₱250. Succeeding hours is ₱20 per hour • If you’re going out of the parking, then will go back, that would be a new payment again. Parking is first come, first serve. • No parking available if the function hall of the building is rented for events.
