Guests will have exclusive access to the house in a private way, to enjoy tranquility and pleasant moments during the stay. 🔹 No Smoking For everyone's comfort, smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. 🔹 Restricted Access Only registered guests are allowed to enter, the number of guests in the house cannot, under any circumstances, exceed the number agreed upon in the reservation, ensuring more security and privacy, I will be available by phone for any needs during the stay. 💛 Other things to note I will give you some notes on the use of the house, I ask you to read them carefully, because you are in a space built of wood. 1. Pets are not allowed. 2. No smoking in indoor and outdoor areas (Fire hazard) 3. Lighting fires is not allowed (setting fire to garbage, papers, etc.) 4. Do not leave the air conditioning, stove, and other appliances on when you leave. 5 If there is a power outage, there are candles and matches in the pantry. (Please note: Do not place candles directly on wood, always in the pot itself, and away from the wind.) 6th Towels are not allowed to be taken to the beach. 7th This village is small, use water conscientiously. 8th The garbage truck passes at 6:00 a.m. (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and you are only allowed to put garbage out the night before. 9th Loud sounds or parties are not allowed, as this is a quiet area. 10th The number of guests in the house may not, under under any circumstances, exceed the number agreed upon in the reservation. 11th Do not feed the monkeys near the house. 12th - It is not allowed to remove plants from this location. 🕒 Check-in time: from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. If you need to arrive after this time, please contact us before booking to check availability. 🧺 Bed and bath linens We offer 1 set of bed linens and 1 bath towel for use throughout the stay. If you want extra pieces or additional changes, a separate fee will be charged.
