The home features 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a quiet split-type air-conditioning unit designed for a cooler, more restful sleep. The master’s bedroom includes its own private restroom, plus one shared restroom for the rest of the house. Guests can enjoy complete cooking utensils and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Only 3kms (5–10 minute drive depending on your routes) to City proper & Calle Crisologo. Secure, wide parking inside the gated property for up to cars (3)THREE vehicles. The space ❄️ Air-Conditioning Details: All bedrooms have their own air-conditioning unit for your comfort. To keep our base rate affordable for everyone, the AC in the living room, dining area, and kitchen is NOT included in the standard rate, as some guests prefer natural ventilation. If you’d like the entire house fully air-conditioned, we can activate the extra units as an optional add-on for ₱600 per night, payable upon arrival. Pet Policy Pets are welcome 🐾 A one-time pet fee of ₱400 per pet for the entire stay applies. If you’re not yet sure whether you’ll be bringing a pet, you may inform us later or settle the fee upon arrival. Extra Guest Fee: For groups exceeding the DECLARED number of guests, an additional ₱400 per guest per night applies. ✔️ If you already entered the correct number of guests during booking, the fee is automatically included in your rate. ✔️ If the final headcount is not yet confirmed, the extra guest fee may be settled upon arrival. The three bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. For larger groups, extra mattresses can be set up in the living room to accommodate up to 5 additional guests, with the living room air-conditioning turned on for comfort. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen, and parking spaces inside the gated compound. Guests may also enjoy the peaceful private yard and relaxing province-style surroundings while maintaining privacy with other guesthouse within the compound 😊 Other things to note Our guesthouse is not in the city center but is located in a residential area with a relaxed province and farm-feel ambiance. Guests enjoy calm environment while still being just a short and easy drive to Vigan’s Heritage attractions. The area is ideal for families, groups, and guests who prefer a stay away from the crowds.
