Our cozy bungalow-style holiday apartment is located on an idyllic three-sided farmstead in a secluded location in Neu Lübbenau. Instead of traffic noise, you’ll hear only the wind in the trees and birds singing. The river Spree is just a three-minute walk away. Especially during the off-season, the Spreewald reveals its unique charm: morning mist over the meadows, clear starry skies, the crackling of the fireplace, and long walks through forests and along the waterways. Guest access The “Sunset View” apartment is located on the ground floor of our holiday house at Pausenhof Spreewald and has its own separate, step-free entrance, allowing you to arrive and depart independently and with ease. During your stay, you will have exclusive use of the entire apartment and your private terrace. You are also welcome to use parts of the outdoor area, including: - children’s playground - the spacious grounds around the property - direct access to nature - Our kayaks on the river Spree are available for you to use free of charge (just a few minutes’ walk away). You can also meet our animals – especially the alpacas. Guided alpaca walks can be arranged in advance. We live on the property as well, so we are always nearby if needed – while you still enjoy complete privacy and tranquility. Other things to note Pausenhof Spreewald is located in a secluded, rural setting surrounded by nature. This means peace and quiet – but also a natural environment (e.g. insects or typical countryside sounds). For many guests, this is exactly what makes the experience so special. We recommend arriving by car. Shops (such as a supermarket), a bakery, and restaurants are just a few minutes away.
