Doctor's Cosy Apartment

Description

Hi, I’m a doctor and used to live here while working at the nearby Bory Hospital. I’ve since moved back to my hometown with my girlfriend, but we still come to Bratislava quite often, so the apartment stays cozy, fully equipped, and well maintained. You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay — fast Wi-Fi, free parking, blackout shades throughout the apartment, and easy self check-in via smart lock. It’s a quiet, relaxing place to unwind after a day in the city or at the hospital. The space 🛋️ The Space The apartment has a bright living area with a sofa (can sleep one person if needed), a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, and a comfortable queen-size bed in the sleeping area. There’s a modern bathroom with a shower and a washing machine in the entry hallway. The balcony overlooks a quiet courtyard — perfect for a morning coffee or a relaxed evening. Since I still use the place occasionally, I keep it tidy and well looked after — it’s really meant to feel like home, not just a rental. Guest access Access Check-in is completely hassle-free. The apartment has a smart lock, so there’s no need to deal with key boxes or meeting times — you can arrive anytime that suits you. Just enter your code and settle in comfortably. Other things to note Neighbourhood The apartment is in the Bory area — one of the newer, calmer parts of Bratislava, right next to the modern Bory Hospital. It’s ideal if you’re visiting family or friends at the hospital, expecting a baby and want to stay close by, or working nearby for a few weeks. Bory Mall is just a short walk away, with restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and all kinds of shops. There are also smaller local bakeries and services around the corner, so you don’t need to go far for groceries or a quick coffee. The area is quiet and safe, surrounded by greenery. If you like being outdoors, you’ll find forest paths and cycling trails nearby — great for a morning run or a weekend walk. 🚗 Transport Getting around is simple. The city center is about 15–20 minutes by car, depending on traffic, and parking here is easy. Taxis and ride apps (Bolt, Uber) work reliably in the area. If you prefer public transport, there are buses to the center, though they take a bit longer. The highway is close by, which makes it convenient if you’re driving in or heading out of town. When I used to work long shifts, I often drove to Eurovea or downtown for errands, and if I was meeting friends for a drink, I’d just take a taxi — quick and simple. 🔑 Check-in & Communication Check-in is fully self-service via smart lock — no need to coordinate times or wait around. You’ll receive a personal access code before arrival. We respect your privacy but are always available if you need help. After booking, you’ll get a link to our guest info page with all the details (Wi-Fi, parking, house rules, etc.). Our team is available daily from 8:00–22:00 on Airbnb chat or e-mail and usually replies within an hour. For anything urgent, we’ll share a direct phone number. Please note that completing the online check-in registration and signing rental contract is mandatory (available after booking in our guest portal).
