Quiet apartment with large terrace

We offer a quiet vacation apartment with a partially covered terrace and private entrance, as well as parking in the driveway/carport directly by the apartment. The apartment has a living/dining area with kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bathtub/shower option. Included in the price are (max. 2 people/night) Bed linens, towels, electricity, water and heating for the duration of your stay up to 7 nights! NO ANIMALS! The space The accommodation offered is a living area of approximately 74 m², which is equipped with furnishings for daily use. The living area offers views of nature and allows you to enjoy the sunrise. Sunlight, depending on the season, is available until the late afternoon. The driveway or carport offers parking for the vehicle. The apartment comprises an approx. 30 m² open-plan living room and kitchen area. The living area is equipped with a 42-inch TV and a sofa bed. In the transition to the kitchen is a large dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, and dishes for daily use are provided. The hot water is supplied via an instantaneous water heater. The direct access to the covered terrace invites you to plate and serve food outdoors. At approx. 12 m², the bedroom offers a sufficient resting area with a double bed, wardrobe and luggage bench. The entrance area/hallway is equipped with a hallway coat rack. The hallway is bright and has a 94-cm-wide entrance. The entrance area is covered. The bathroom is about 9 m² and includes a closet (used privately), as well as a hair dryer and soap dispenser. The existing bathtub can be used as a shower with a shower curtain. The hot water supply in the bathroom works via water volume-controlled heating. The terrace covers approximately 29 m², of which approximately 13 m² is covered, which allows you to enjoy the fresh air even in bad weather. The table and chairs also allow drinks and food to be served here. From the terrace, you can reach the carport or the parking space via 2 steps. Kitchen equipment: Fridge, oven with ceramic hob and range hood, microwave, coffee pod machine, toaster, mini-oven, dishwasher, hot water supply via an instantaneous water heater; various pots, plates, cups and glasses are available. * ATTENTION: The quantities of bed linens, towels, electricity, water and heating included in the price are only valid for up to 7 nights. For a longer stay, the quantities must be agreed upon individually (standard: 2x bed linens/30 days, towels every 3 days or as needed). NO ANIMALS! General information about Höringen Höringen is a charming municipality (654 inhabitants) in the Donnersberg district in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The place is rural and known for its strong sense of community, which is reflected, among other things, in a local community shop and active clubs. A central aspect of village life is the community shop in the main street, which is run by volunteers and part-time staff (in the morning with staff, then from noon until 10 pm with a credit card) and serves as an important social meeting place. Village life has evolved from a predominantly rural structure. However, there are also new initiatives such as an organic farm sale (in the main street), which was established in a vacant courtyard. A farmer's café as well as a pub and horse boarding house at Lolle. The surroundings of Höringen offer numerous possibilities for outdoor activities. Popular nearby destinations include the summit of Königsstuhl (Donnersberg), the Mehlinger Heide and Baumwipfel Pfad and various hiking trails such as the Palatinate Höhenweg.
