It's the perfect place to disconnect and for bird watching The space The house comfortably sleeps 6, with: 1 large master bedroom with double bed, 1 double bed in a spacious open-plan living area, 2 additional single beds can be set up either in the bedroom or in the living and A fully equipped kitchen French doors open to a wraparound patio for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Back Patio has a table tennis (ping pong table) and front patio has outdoor furniture with 2 swings as well. The farm is cared for by a farmhand and her son, living in separate quarters with cows. Friendly resident dogs and cats roam freely adding to the charm! House rules: Keep smoking to outdoor patio areas and drinking with decorum as it a quiet retreat. Keep doors closed to keep mosquitos out. Guest access Guests can use entire guest house, lawn, paved outdoor space and entrance parking area. Working areas of the farm and the farmhand quarters are restricted to guest access. Other things to note Note: The property is surrounded by forest. Once confirmed, guests will be provided with google map location to reach the property with access details. Nuera Panchayat is the landmark, the property is 2 mins from there. Panjim is 25min away by car, Karmali Railway Station is 8 min away by car and Dabolim Airport is 20min away by car. Food delivery apps deliver to the place. 3-4 supermarkets are available in 1 km for groceries and fresh produce.
