Welcome to our cozy cottage Other things to note "Binsenkate" with thatched roof on the sunny island of Usedom. The loving, exclusive and comfortable furnishings convey a sense of security as soon as you enter and offer space for 6 adults plus a toddler. Additional Fees & Fees Notes: 150€ security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. The security deposit will be refunded after departure. Electricity/water/heating is included. Bed linen and towels can be ordered for a fee if required. Please pay your tourist tax in advance by bank transfer. You will then receive your spa cards from us by email. If a health certificate or the like is required after the booking and by decision of the country, the tenant must obtain this certificate at his own expense and at the request of the authorities. Three parking spaces are available at the house free of charge. In the 115 sqm, spacious and sun-drenched thatched house, there is a well-equipped kitchen on the ground floor overlooking the dining area and the living room with fireplace and flat-screen TV, a cosy bedroom, sauna and bathroom with shower. Upstairs, there is a family room with balcony and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser, another bedroom, bathroom with shower, bathtub, 2 sinks and toilet. Of course, you will find a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating in every bedroom. The house is set up so that 6 people and 1-2 toddlers can be together and yet everyone can retreat to their area. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. The "garden room" on the ground floor has direct access to the garden and terrace. A Weber electric grill is available for convivial barbecues. The family room on the upper floor has a large balcony overlooking the Achterwasser, a wing chair for relaxing, a small desk and a cot. The bedroom next door has two single beds, which can also be put together. A harmonious, relaxing holiday also includes the same ambience, which is why we have equipped our house with natural colours and materials. In addition to the basic colours of white, cream, brown and grey, you will find turquoise tones in the crockery, towels and bed linen. Your holiday home is located directly on the Achterwasser with adjacent walking, hiking and cycling paths that lead across the island and quickly take you to the nearby, white Baltic Sea beach and to Zinnowitz with its cosy cafés, restaurants and shops.
