Guest access Guests will have use of the studio and balcony all to themselves. There is a locked room for the host's belongings Other things to note Smoking, vaping or taking illegal substances in or around the property is strictly forbidden. This includes the balcony. For non-compliance you will be fined a minimum of £500 and you may be asked to leave. No candles, incense, burners or similar to be used in the property or on the balcony. Standard check in time is 3pm onwards and check out time is before 11am. You may be charged for any late checkout that has not been authorised in advance. This is a residential neighbourhood so please refrain from making excessive noise. Quiet times are 11pm to 7am, when noise should be kept to a minimum, including TV volume. Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for lost or damaged keys, so please be careful with them. There will be a £50 call out fee for any keys left/forgotten in the property.
