Other things to note Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges. Music is allowed indoors only and must be kept at a reasonable volume to respect the surroundings. Outside guests or parties are allowed only with prior approval from the host. The villa is located in a peaceful area, so guests are requested to respect the neighborhood and avoid loud noise outdoors. A refundable security deposit may be required at check-in for any damages or breakages. Guests must submit valid Government ID proof before arrival for all staying members. Cooking is allowed in the kitchen; guests must keep the space clean after use. Pool timings may be restricted for safety during late night hours. The caretaker is available for basic help, but not for personal chores or continuous service. The property is in a natural environment — occasional insects or lizards may be present despite regular pest control.
