The space ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out: ₱500/hour, subject to availability and deducted from the security deposit. Unapproved late check-out will automatically incur ₱500/hour, deducted from the security deposit. All guests and visitors must be registered at check-in. 📝Occupancy Rules *The villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. * We can consider accommodating a maximum of 15 guests, but you may need to adjust the sleeping arrangements accordingly. *Additional guests (beyond 10) are charged 300 per person. ₱200 Fee for Day Visitors Visiting hours: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM ₱300 fee after 8:30 til midnight. ‼️Unregistered visitors will be charged double. 🔐Security deposit A refundable security deposit of ₱2,000 is required in cash and must be submitted to the staff before check-in. It will only be used in case of missing or damaged items. 🏡During Your Stay Please respect our villa. Use furniture and appliances properly. Moving furniture is not allowed. No wild parties or smoking indoors. 💚 Smoking is only allowed outside in designated areas. 🚭Indoor smoking will incur a ₱1,000 fine. 🧹 Cleanliness & Behaviour Please help us keep the villa clean. A ₱1,000 fee will be charged for excessive mess or unwashed dishes. Confetti, glitter, and poppers are not allowed. Smoking inside, parties, or violating house rules will lead to booking cancellation without a refund. The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. 🔊 Noise & Entertainment Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM. Please keep the videoke volume low. 🐾 Pets ❌ No pets allowed. We love pets, but we’re a no-pet villa to keep guests with allergies safe. Thank you for understanding! 🏊 Pool Rules Swim at your own risk. For safety No diving, running or jumping around the property. No food, drinks, or glass containers in the pool area. Children 14 and below must be supervised by an adult. Avoid swimming while intoxicated. Pool decorations are only allowed under staff supervision. 🔥 Flammable Items & Cooking Guests are not allowed to use butane or other flammable substances. Cooking is only allowed on the kitchen stove or outdoor grill. 🔒 Safety & Security Security cameras are installed around the property for your safety. Management is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or any unsafe/unlawful actions by guests. Keep your belongings secure; management is not liable for lost items. 🔑 Keys Return keys upon checkout. Lost keys require a ₱500 replacement fee. 🛡️ Safety & Liability We want everyone to stay safe. We are not liable for lost or unattended items. 📌Reservation changes In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions or government directives, management reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations. Affected guests will be promptly notified, and alternative arrangements will be offered whenever possible. Power interruptions such as blackouts or brownouts beyond management’s control may temporarily affect electricity-dependent amenities. The villa does not have a generator, but emergency lighting is available for basic safety.
