Washer & dryer. Large fenced backyard with screened porch. Guest access Guest parking is in crushed coquina area to the right. No parking allowed in gravel driveway. Other things to note Driveway is shared with our our business...plenty of parking is available! Owner approval needed if bringing a dog. $65.00 pet fee will be applied and dog must be kept off of beds and couches as some guests have allergies. Security cameras located outside of property. No Smoking of any kind inside the house.
