The cottage: a renovated 140 m² farmhouse near the Tarn Valley in the Monts d'Alban. The cottage has a 12 m² above-ground pool, children's play equipment, a pétanque court, a large covered terrace with festoon lighting, outdoor furniture and a ping-pong table. For birthdays or family meals, a caterer can prepare full meals, spit roasts or takeaway meals directly at the cottage for an additional fee. Surrounded by nature in the countryside, you can enjoy mountain biking, hiking or fishing. Other things to note Not overlooked, the property is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. You can also explore the Tarn's sights, including the Episcopal City of Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The cottage includes Wi-Fi, an equipped kitchen (3-ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), a table seating 10 and a 30 m² living room with a TV, games console and music. There are also two bathrooms with showers, three washbasins, two separate toilets, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and central heating. The accommodation must be left clean: empty the bins and dishwasher, tidy the house and strip the beds. Bath towels and bed linen are available to rent on request. The property is available for 2-night weekend stays. There are sheep and chickens on the farm. Outdoor pool: 5 × 2.8 m, 1.2 m deep. Open from 1 March to 15 October.
