Other things to note Longer stays welcome We specialise in longer bookings for contractors, relocations and people between homes. If you need 2–12 weeks, please send a message with your dates, number of guests and bed setup you prefer (superking or singles). Company / contractor bookings We regularly host contractor teams and relocations. We can provide invoices and are happy to discuss regular or repeat bookings. Cleaning & linen The property is professionally cleaned before each stay, with fresh bed linen and towels provided. For longer stays, we can arrange additional cleans and linen changes by agreement. House rules This is a residential area, so please respect neighbours and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially at night. No parties or events. No smoking inside the property. Pets Pets may be considered by prior arrangement only. Please message before booking. Parking details Driveway fits two cars. More space in the cul-de-sac for extra vehicles We place a £1 temporary hold on your card before arrival as part of our standard security process — no funds are taken
