The small house

After several years of renovation, this small house is ready to welcome you and offer you a relaxing break as a couple or as a family. This house, located in a region with many châteaux and vineyards, is 35 minutes from Tours, 40 minutes from Saumur, 30 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and 1 hour from Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo. You can enjoy lovely bike rides around the house and the tranquillity of our small hamlet. The space Small, completely independent house with a small courtyard. On the ground floor, you will find a large room comprising the living room, the fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a small pantry. There is also a bread oven, which is not available to tenants for safety reasons. Upstairs, you will find a large mezzanine with lots of toys for the children, which you can take down to the main room. Two bedrooms, each with a 140 × 200 cm double bed, a bathroom and a toilet. The beds will be made upon your arrival; bath towels are not provided. In the courtyard, you will find the staircase that leads down to a small cellar, which is also visible through the glass slab in the main room.
