The space 🏡 Charming apartment – 3rd floor Welcome to this nice apartment located on the 3rd floor of a small downtown building. It consists of: - A bathroom equipped with a shower, sink and washing machine - A separate toilet - A living room with open kitchen, a table seating up to 4 guests, and a seating area with TV and sofa bed for two - A 9 m² bedroom with built-in storage 🛏️ Sheets and towels are provided. Ideal for a business stay or a discovery getaway, as a couple or family. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or specific requests! Guest access 🔑 Access to the accommodation The apartment is at your disposal from 4 p.m. Check-in is autonomous thanks to a key box: you will receive the code 24 hours before your arrival. Check-out is also self-service, to be done before 10 a.m. Parking 🚗 You can park at the Carnot parking lot or the Michelet parking lot (5–10-minute walk): free after 7 p.m., Saturday afternoon and Sunday. For long-term parking, opt for the Breuil underground parking lot (5–10-minute walk). Some spaces are also available in front of the apartment, in the heart of the city.
