The space Our cozy, about 46m² duplex apartments have balcony, bathrooms, kitchen, living area and a separate bedroom and offer you every comfort for a pleasant everyday life. The apartments can be used as a single as well as a double room. In the open kitchen, you can prepare your food very relaxed like home. For this purpose, you have at your disposal, among other things, a glass-ceramic hob, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a coffee machine, an electric cooker, cookware, crockery and cutlery and a comfortable seating area. After that, the dishwasher will do the dishwasher almost as if on its own. The sofa in the living area invites you to a cozy evening in front of the large flat screen. If you want, you can turn the sofa into a comfortable sunbathing area. The dimmable LED lights provide a relaxed atmosphere.
