The space The Orchards is a two-bedroom home offering a comfortable and organised space suitable for families, working professionals, contractors, and longer-stay guests. Guests have access to a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining space, one bathroom(for guests’ private use within the home), and two private bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a dedicated tea and coffee station in the living area, with takeaway cups provided for mornings on the go. high-speed Wi-Fi with dedicated workspace facilities, and household essentials are included to support both leisure and work-related stays. The property is located in a residential area of Pelton with convenient access to local shops, takeaways, public transport, and nearby road links across County Durham and the North East. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home, including the living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and both bedrooms. Parking is available at the front of the property, and ample on-street parking is also an option nearby at the back of the property. Entry to the property is via a secure lockbox at the front, making check-in simple and flexible. Guests have full private access to the entire property during their stay, including both bedrooms, the living room, the kitchen, dining area, and one bathroom (for guests’ private use within the home). Self-check-in is available via a secure lockbox for flexible arrival times. Parking is available at the front of the property, with ample spaces in the back lane.
