Luxurious holiday home: B&B de Kleasterpleats

Surrounded by the peaceful Frisian meadows, you will find our brand-new guest house, suitable for 6 people. Three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Downstairs, a spacious living room; outside, 1000+ m² of private garden with several terraces, a sauna and the cozy garden room! The small village (45 inhabitants) of Smalle Ee is rich in history and located between the Frisian waters and hiking trails. Harm would be happy to take you out sailing for an afternoon. You will be renting the entire house, so you will not share anything with anyone else. The space On our property of more than one hectare, there are two buildings: in the front, the farmhouse where we live, and behind it, the barn house that we built in 2022. The barn house is divided in two: a closed hobby barn belonging to Harm and the guest house with its own entrance, private driveway and private garden of 1000 m². You don't share anything: the entire living area is exclusively for your group. Inside, everything is new, modern and warmly finished. Downstairs, you get together: cooking, long meals, all of you in the evening in the sitting area with the sliding door open. Upstairs are three equivalent bedrooms, each with a Sonos audio system, coffee maker and a private bathroom with rain shower: each with its own space. Outside, you can use the sauna, several terraces, and the cozy private garden room with panoramic views. Here you overlook the vast meadows around the property. You can sit here wonderfully in both winter and summer. With a bit of luck, you'll wake up among the deer. From the door, you can walk straight into the Frisian countryside: there are many cycling and hiking routes here. Within 10 minutes' walking distance, you will find the swimming beach of Smalle Ee. Fun fact: 'kleasterpleats' is Frisian for monastery farm; further on is the mound where the monastery of Smalle Ee stood until 1580. Guest access Upon arrival, you will receive the keys to the accommodation. You have your own entrance and exclusive use of the entire house, the garden with terraces, the sauna, and the garden room. In addition, four parking spaces are available. Other things to note We do not serve breakfast: the kitchen is fully equipped, and the supermarket is a 3-minute drive away. Dogs are welcome! For the smaller four-legged friends, there is a fence in the garden. In the area, you can enjoy fantastic walks with your dog through nature. Really get to know the surroundings?
