The area offers a great variety of attractions from the ancient, medieval hamlets built into the hillsides such as Micciano, Libbiano, Montegemoli, Serrazzano, Lustignano, San Dalmazio to the ruins of the Norman-Romanesque Church and the Fortress of Sillano; this land is also known for its geothermal steam jets and boric-acid fumaroles.
