Our Boutique Hotel style apartment 'Venetian Capital' is nestled at the gateway of Pallathuruthy backwaters and Kuttanad paddies. At walkable distance from this city hotel type apartment, wander through the coconut groves, paddies and experience the serene village views. At 2 minute drive, explore the lakeshores, houseboats terminal and rural Alleppey's legendary backwaters. The space 1 king bed (6X6.5 feet) and 1 sofa bed (6X2.5 feet) is available in this room. 2 adults and 2 children could comfortably stay. 2 Adults and 3 children too can adjust. So we have given - 'Number of guests' as 5 to support families, not for 5 adults. Staying more than 2 adults is discomfortable. This is a room in our apartment, not the full apartment. 10 AC rooms and 1 NonAC dormitory are available in our entire apartment at first and second floor of the building.
