Guesthouse in Salvador

Our space is very well located in Paripe, close to some of the most beautiful and quiet beaches in Salvador: Tubarão Beach – just an 8-minute walk, perfect for families, calm sea and no waves, ideal for children. São Thomé de Paripe Beach – one of the most beautiful and desired in the city, just a 6-minute drive away. Inema Beach (Brazilian Navy) – also easily accessible. São Thomé de Paripe Pier – departure to Ilha das Neves. The space Our space is aimed at get-togethers, family gatherings, company or friends, ideal for those who want to enjoy the day with a pool and a pleasant environment. ✔️ Capacity For daytime events: up to 25 people, including the guests. For overnight stays: up to 16 guests. To sleep: The party house has only 2 couples' beds, 1 single box bed and 2 mattresses on the floor. There will be 7 guests, with beds, bed linens, and towels provided. The other 9 people who will also be staying need to bring their own mattresses, towels, and bed linens. (We do not provide these.) There is enough covered space for everyone to sleep in the property's lobby, which has wonderful natural ventilation – you can bring fans if you prefer! 👉 Note: Space Structure An environment aimed at parties and events , not recommended to have meals at the property, they should bring them ready for the event, we have a restaurant nearby, or we recommend them to purchase the food. Freezer available, stove, but we do not have a fridge, iron, washing machine, among others, consult the host before booking. There is no traditional dinning table; we use plastic tables, suitable for events. We provide: 7 plates, cutlery, glasses and coffee bottle. Guests must bring disposable plates, glasses, and cutlery for all other items, as this is a party space and not a residential property. The area is open, ideal for social gatherings. Access and Parking The access pass is shared, as the owner lives in the upper floor with her family. The garage is not available to guests. Vehicles are parked on the street, in a quiet and safe place. In case the garage is empty, we can release it, without prior warranty. The space is familiar, with residents on the top floor, but this does not interfere with the privacy and comfort of guests.
