The apartment is part of an Umbrian stone farmhouse, enhanced by a rooftop swimming pool, and is ideal for couples, families, and groups of up to 5 people. Here, you will find the authentic charm of Umbria, combined with the comfort of a modern home and the magic of a view that changes color at every hour of the day. The space The apartment is a spacious two-room unit with its own entrance located on the ground floor, offering direct access to the park and the swimming pool, and can sleep a total of 5 people. It is composed of: Sleeping area: large triple bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin bed, closet, and wooden furniture; Living area: large living room with fully equipped kitchen and sofa bed; Bathroom with window and shower; Beds are provided complete with linens and towels. The kitchen has everything you need to cook independently, including dishes and utensils. Guests have exclusive use of an umbrella and two sun loungers in the pool area, from which you can enjoy a wide view of the valley and Mount Subasio. Guest access The property is accessed via a short dirt road (about 400 meters) that can be driven on by any car. Inside the park, which is accessed through an electric gate, guests will have a free uncovered parking space at their disposal. The apartment has a private entrance with a security door. The access keys, including the remote control for the electric gate, will be provided upon arrival. This way, guests will be completely independent. The town is divided into seven districts that compete in the Palio del Carbonaio – a donkey race with a unique medieval atmosphere. Every evening, the Taverna del Carbonaio opens its doors, serving traditional Umbrian country cuisine: spaghetti del carbonaio, beans with pork rinds, pork chops, and torta al testo.
