"Landstreicher," small apartment 1st floor (A)

The "Herberge Landstreicher" in Königstein/Sächs. Switzerland, centrally yet quietly located on the rushing stream, offers five separate apartments in different sizes with a total of 16 beds and a common room. The Malerweg leads right past the house. The city center, train station, Elbe, ferry, and steamer dock are within walking distance. This is the small apartment on the 2nd floor for two people with an outdoor seating area (apartment A). The space The small apartment on the first floor has a kitchen-living room, a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 m wide), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet as well as a small hallway with a wardrobe. The cozy outdoor seating in the small courtyard between the house and the fern-covered sandstone wall can be reached (not DIN-compliant, but sporty) through a "French window" with the help of a step stool. You can use the grill here. Our house is easy to reach by public transport. The S-Bahn station is about 500 meters away, the bus station even closer. Many hikes can be started right by the house, for example to the Königstein Fortress, the Lilienstein, the Pfaffenstein. Other destinations are easily accessible by S-Bahn, such as the Hintere Sächsische Schweiz, the Felsenbühne and Bastei in Rathen, as well as the state capital Dresden. The location is also well suited for cyclists: the Elbe cycle path leads through Königstein, in the village there are opportunities for bicycle rental, the national park has a well-developed network of cycle paths, and your bikes can be stored in our storage room. A children's playground can be found a few hundred meters away in the city center next to the church, another is located on the Elbe near the steamboat dock. The 118 kilometers of the Malerweg open up the most beautiful and spectacular places in Saxon Switzerland for hikers. Its stages can also be completed from a fixed quarter. They are easily accessible by public transport. Guest access You will receive the key from a key safe. This makes it possible to arrive at any time after 3 pm. We will inform you of the access data about 5 days before arrival. Other things to note We don't have a TV, but we do have Wi-Fi. If you bring a laptop, you can watch TV this way. (Recovery is guaranteed to be greater!) In addition, a cot can be set up. A high chair is also available. Please ask in advance, as we also offer these things in our second holiday home in the immediate vicinity. Our house is a no smoking house. You can smoke outdoors. The city of Königstein charges a guest tax of 3.00 euros/night/adult and 2.50 euros/night/child. With the guest cards, you can use public transport in the four fare zones of Saxon Switzerland free of charge. We will ask you in good time for the information for the guest cards, the amount is to be transferred separately.
