Guest access Guests have full use of the entire house and garden throughout their stay. Other things to note Parking: The property has no parking on site; however, you can pull up to unload in front of the main entrance to the property. Once inside you can collect the parking permit for one car and head to the main central car park (Mayors Avenue) which is located opposite M&S, just a ten minute walk from the property. This car park is restricted to overnight parking only during the main summer holidays meaning the car will have to be placed in the park and ride also during the day. The property also comes with use of a second parking permit specifically for the main park and ride located at the top of town. If the park and ride isn't running then you can catch the number 90 bus from Sainsbury's into the town centre. From 1st October - 30th April the town also offers less restrictive parking measure so parking locally is often possible on The Embankment, South Town and Newcomen Road. Children: Due to the nature of the layout with stairs, we only accept children over the age of 5. Pets: Regrettably no pets allowed. Mobility: Given the property layout, we would advise it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or young children.
