Enjoy your stay at this stylish place in an original farmhouse in a hamlet of Rosengarten. Located directly on the Way of St. James and the Bibers River, this 140-square-meter apartment is on the 2nd floor of a completely renovated house, with a bicycle storage room on the ground floor. The surroundings invite you to hike and cycle, and the Siederstadt Schwäbisch Hall with its historic old town and museums is only seven kilometers away. A bus stop is right nearby. The space The house is available for the guests alone. On the 2nd floor there is the closed apartment with three bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet, kitchen with dining area and living room. On the ground floor is the large bicycle room (with two sockets for charging) for the guests as well as two storage rooms of the landlord. Free Wi-Fi available. Covered balcony: Direct access from the apartment to the covered balcony, which is furnished with a table and chairs. Outside space: In front of the house, there is also a rustic seating area under our chestnut tree. There is also a charcoal kettle grill here. Charcoal and grill lighter fluid are available in the bicycle room. Bicycle storage: On the ground floor, there is a spacious bicycle storage room with electrical outlets that is directly accessible from the outside. Please note: we are a non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Pets are not allowed. Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor. Guests will have the house to themselves. On the ground floor, the large bicycle room is available for guests. Otherwise, there are two private storage rooms of the host. Other things to note About 100 m away you will find a long-established butcher shop that offers 24/7 different meat and sausage products as well as eggs, pasta and potatoes and in summer farm ice cream from vending machines (Sanzenbacher Straße 18). There is a bakery and a "Netto" about 2 km away in Uttenhofen. You will reach the industrial area of Kerz (between Michelfeld and Schwäbisch Hall) after about 4 km. There you will find everything you need (drugstore, pharmacy, supermarkets, etc.).
