Farm stay at “Floever”. We look forward to hosting you during your business or leisure trips. (Large parking lot.) We are in a quiet location in the middle of the fields, with our animals (dogs, horses, chickens and sheep), and our hives that allow us to produce and harvest our honey. 15 km from Malesherbes and its printing museum, 20 km from Buthiers and its climbing routes, 15 km from Etampes, 15 km from Pithiviers. Paris, Orléans and Chartres within 50 minutes. The space The accommodation is completely renovated, but there is still renovation work to be done outside that does not cause any inconvenience to the smooth running of a stay. We live there but this accommodation is totally independent of ours. On the ground floor: - fully equipped kitchenette, with tilt-and-turn window, - living room/tv area with sofa bed 140 x 200, - Toilets with hand washbasin. The entrance door is equipped with a roller shutter. Upstairs: -1 bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, skylight with blackout blind, -1 bedroom with 140 x 200 sofa bed, 1 travel cot with changing table, Velux with blackout blind, - Bathroom with shower, window with roller shutter. Our animals are an integral part of the farm, which can sometimes generate some small disturbances. The courtyard is almost entirely paved and completely enclosed, closed by a gate. Other things to note The coffee maker is a Krups Dolce Gusto, I can make capsules available for a fee. There is a washing machine available with a surcharge of €3 per wash cycle. For the portacot, provide bed linen. I only provide fitted sheets. The courtyard allows parking of large vehicles, utility types, construction vehicles or articulated vehicles. Horse vans can also park. It is secured with a video surveillance system and a gate. However, vehicles over 6 meters long that are not articulated cannot turn to access the farm.
