The approx. 75 m² living space is divided into a spacious living/dining area with kitchen and fireplace, two bedrooms, a bathroom toilet and a hallway area. Family-friendly ground-level non-smoking apartment with balcony for relaxing. Other things to note Dear vacationer, I look forward to welcoming you to my home and providing you with a relaxing stay. What I do not want, however, are tradespeople or employees who do not comply with appropriate rules of conduct, or loud parties that lead to complaints. Bed linens and towels as well as wood or pellets for the fireplace can be ordered additionally on request.
