"Meadows Landing" is a newly renovated, self-contained lower-level apartment of a house with its own private entrance. It features 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, laundry facilities, and all the comforts of home for a relaxing stay. Perfectly positioned between Wollongong's stunning coastline and vibrant city centre, both just 10 minutes away, with easy access to beaches, cafés, shops, and local attractions. The space Please note: Meadows Landing is the lower level of a house, with another Airbnb located above. While the apartment is completely private, you will hear footsteps and general movement from guests upstairs. You won't hear conversations or TVs - just normal walking and everyday movement. This doesn't bother most guests, but if you're particularly sensitive to overhead noise, this may not be the right fit for you. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pod machine. You'll find all cookware, utensils, and dinnerware needed for everything from a quick breakfast to a family meal. Enjoy dining at the table or outside on the patio. After a day out, unwind in one of two cosy lounge areas - one with a large Smart TV, and the other with sunroom vibes that open out to the outdoor patio. The spacious patio features seating, a BBQ, and a large grassy backyard, perfect for relaxing in the warmer months. Both bedrooms include queen beds, fresh linen, and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom offers a shower, towels, body wash, and a hairdryer, plus there is a second toilet in the laundry. For longer stays, the apartment includes a washing machine and dryer. A dedicated study nook is also available for work or planning your next adventure. Guest access Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is 10am. Guests enjoy completely private access via the front door of the house. The entire lower-level apartment is exclusively yours during your stay, with no shared indoor spaces. The backyard is also private and for Meadows Landing guests only, offering a dedicated outdoor space to relax and unwind. The front yard is shared, so you may occasionally see or hear guests from the upstairs apartment or us tending to the property. You will have access to your own private driveway, with ample free street parking available directly in front of the property. Other things to note We kindly ask that noise be kept to a respectful level after 10pm to help maintain a calm and relaxing environment for everyone staying at the property. We provide a small starter pack of essentials - tea, coffee pods, sugar, toilet paper, hand soap, washing-up and laundry detergent, and basic cooking condiments - to help you settle in. Please note that shampoo and conditioner are not provided.
