Ideal for families, couples, friends, or business travellers, it’s perfectly positioned between Wollongong’s stunning coastline and vibrant city centre - just 10 minutes away - offering easy access to beaches, cafés, shops, and local attractions The space The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pod machine. You’ll find all cookware, utensils, and dinnerware needed for everything from a quick breakfast to a family meal. Enjoy dining at the table or outside on the patio. After a day out, unwind in one of two cosy lounge areas - one with a large smart TV, and the other with sunroom vibes that open out to the outdoor patio. The spacious patio features seating, a BBQ, and a large grassy backyard, perfect for warm-weather relaxing! Both bedrooms include queen beds, fresh linen, and built-in wardrobes. The bathroom offers a shower, towels, body wash, and a hairdryer, plus there is a second toilet in the laundry. For longer stays, the apartment includes a washing machine and dryer. A dedicated study nook is also available for work or planning your next adventure. Guest access Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is 10am. Guests enjoy completely private access via the front door of the house. The entire internal space is yours - there are no shared areas inside the apartment. The backyard is also private and for Meadows Landing guests only, offering a dedicated outdoor space to relax and unwind. The front yard is a shared space, so you may occasionally see or hear guests from the apartment above or us tending to the property. You will have access to your own private driveway, with ample free street parking available directly in front of the property. Other things to note This apartment sits below another Airbnb. While the space is fully private, you will hear footsteps from the guests above. No conversations or other noise can be heard - just occasional walking sounds. This doesn’t bother most guests, but please avoid booking if you feel this may impact your stay. We kindly ask that noise be kept to a respectful level after 10pm to maintain a calm and relaxing environment for everyone. We provide a small starter pack of essentials - tea, coffee pods, sugar, toilet paper, hand soap, washing and laundry detergent, and basic cooking condiments - to help you settle in. Please note, we do not provide Shampoo & Conditioner.
