A lovely renovated kitchen including electric cooker and oven, dishwasher, fridge & freezer and washing machine, leading onto a luxurious bathroom with a large walk in shower cubicle, hand basin & WC. On street parking available, fast WiFi and Hive controlled central heating along with a stove wood burner to set the cosy ambience in the evenings. Upstairs you are welcomed to three lovely bedrooms offering a king size in the front, a triple sleeper in the beach hut room and a single bed in the third room comfortably hosting up to 5 guests. A few doors down, you have the Miners Arms serving local craft beers, and a recently opened cafe a short walk away on the beach front offering great breakfast and lunches with amazing views of the Irish Sea. Tesco is an 8 minute drive away for you to grab anything you need and there is a 9 hole golf course a short walk away by the beach for golf enthusiasts. In the village you also have a kids play area along with a tennis court.
