On the ground floor, a large friendly dining room welcomes you, designed to comfortably gather all the guests around the large table. The fully equipped open plan kitchen will delight food lovers with its modern amenities and functional layout. The room also benefits from a stove, ideal for warm moments. The spacious living room, with a warm atmosphere, invites you to relax: plush sofas, fireplace and peaceful atmosphere promise moments of comfort. Its wide openings offer direct access to the terrace and heated pool, for perfect continuity between indoor and outdoor. A laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer is also accessible on the ground floor. And finally, you will also find two bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed and their private bathroom, offer comfort and privacy. One has direct access to the pool, ideal for a gentle awakening in front of the garden. Upstairs, the sleeping area unfolds on either side of the house, accessible by two separate stairs connected by a central hallway.
